Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love.
—Saint Francis of Assisi

Mindfulness and nature-based practices lay a foundation of groundedness and soul-level support. As stress is reduced and wellbeing increased, one is better prepared for the often challenging territory of interpersonal relationships. What is often a missing part of our education, however, are real skills and tools that can help us navigate relationships.

Learning interpersonal skills has been the most transformative aspect of my peacemaker journey and I’ve experienced first hand how essential they are for success and happiness. The skills and tools I offer build the capacity to sustain and deepen relationships through improved self-awareness and emotional intelligence, cleaner communication, and more personal integrity.

Many of the skills I teach are presented in the Ending the Relationship Wars workbook that you get for free when you sign up for the mailing list through the website. If you haven’t received this transformational book yet–sign up now and get on the peacemaker path.
